Prices
The houses are rented weekly, preferably from Saturday to Saturday.
In low season or in specific cases, bookings for less than a week
(minimum 3 nights) are also accepted.
Each house is provided with free Wi-Fi connection. Please call or send
an email to request the special tariffs! |

 Prices are per week.
Pets are welcome
Arrivals in the afternoon,
after 2:00 p.m, and departures in the morning, before 10 a.m.
An advance payment of 25% is
requested upon reservation.
A discount of 10% is applied
for long stay (more than 2 weeks) or for early bookings (> 6 months in
advance).
Advance payments can be made
by Bank transfer or Paypal. Balance payment at arrival by Credit Card.
The houses are available for
a minimum stay of 3 night
For the cold months, heating
is charged separately, based on usage (€ 3 for m3)
